  • What does this mean for Bond users?

    Bond customers with active credits remaining after March 18, 2019 will be refunded in full, based on their purchase price. Credits that expired before March 18, 2019 will not be refunded.

  • How long will the Bond service be available?

    The Bond service is no longer available.

  • How do I request a refund?

    You don’t need to do anything! If a refund is due, we are in the process of automatically processing refunds of all remaining active credits to your credit card on file.

  • What if I paid a subscription fee for the month of March?

    Any subscription fees paid after February 15, 2019 will be refunded in full to your credit card on file. Refunds will not be made for subscription fees paid on or before February 15, 2019.

  • What if I made a handwriting purchase recently?

    Any handwriting purchases paid for after March 18, 2018 will be refunded in full to the credit card on file used for your handwriting purchase. Refunds will not be made for handwriting purchases paid on or before March 18, 2018.

  • What if I purchased a Bond Black account?

    Any Bond Black account sign-up fee payments after March 18, 2018 will be refunded in full to the credit card on file used for making your Bond Black purchase. Refunds will not be made for Bond Black accounts purchased on or before March 18, 2018.

  • What if I’m a Bond Black customer and want my stationery back?

    Please email bondblackreturns@bond.co with your email address on file and preferred address for return shipping and we will promptly return your stationary.
